Organic Birch Sap

Birch sap is used for centuries as a health tonic to help enhance wellness. It’s 100% organic, tapped sustainably from birch trees growing in organic certified forests in Ostrobothnia. Birch sap contains minerals, amino acids, hydrating sugars and mild fruit acids, and bears skin moisturizing properties.

Hyaluronic Acid

2 molecular weights of hyaluronic acid for deep hydration and moisture-binding effect! Hyaluronic acid has a unique ability to hold in water multiple times its weight. It does not only deliver water to skin but also holds it there, thus boosting skin hydration. Hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid is a low molecular weight hyaluronic acid that helps to promote skin’s long-term moisturization increasing the water retention and smoothing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Nordic Algae

This red brownish algae is commonly found in the cold Scandinavian waters, and typically growing on rock and stones in the shallow waters. Nordic algae is used by the food industry and it also bears unique hydrating properties desired in skin care products comparable to hyaluronic acid allowing holding of water molecules at the skin surface. Studies have shown that this moisture film is even more efficient than hyaluronic acid to hydrate the skin.
