We've listed all points-earning possibilities above in the Ways to Earn section.
Your point balance is on your rewards page in the top bar. It is also on your account main
page when you login.
Your points expire 12 months after they are earned.
Once you complete an action or purchase that qualifies for points, the points are automatically added to your account. Note that a slight delay might be possible.
The points from the returned product will be deducted from your total balance, as though
the purchase was never made.
When you are in the Arctic Light tier, you will receive all your points multiplied by 1.25, and when you are in the Nordic Glow tier, you will receive them with a
1.5 multiplier.
If you don't make purchases to maintain your tier, you will drop to the lower tier after 12 months.
To get points from the referral, the purchase has to be made through the recommendation link.
